With the number of patients increasing day by day, there is a serious need to increase the physician recruitment process across all hospitals. The government should make a strong decision to increase the recruitment process throughout the year. Both the private clinics as well as the large public medical institutions must be forced to fill in their vacancies as fast as possible. This is vital for the proper functioning of the institution. Incase there is a shortfall; the institute must take immediate steps to rectify it.
Every medical facility in the country is responsible for the patients and their families who visit them. And thus there is a need to increase the number of doctors, nurses and medical assistants to look after each and every patient properly. Medical vacancies, unlike other types of vacancies, must not be kept open for long and a good and stable physician recruitment effort must be initiated everywhere.
